These packages include in-game perks, or filtered access to perks.

Refund Policy - General Refund Policy

Non-refundable: Once the perk, or access to the perk, has been granted, no refunds are available.
Terms & Conditions: All site Terms & Conditions and NYX Community rules apply when purchasing the product.

Refund Policy - Filtered Access Refund Policy

Minimum Filter Requirement: If you do not meet the minimum filter for access to the perk, a refund may be requested via the Discord Support forum.
Good-Faith Refunds: Refunds for not meeting the minimum filter are not guaranteed and may only be granted in good faith.

Refund Policy - Banned Players Policy

No Refunds for Banned Players: If you are banned from the NYX Community, you are not eligible for a refund on any purchased perks.
Permanent and Temporary Bans: This policy applies to both permanent and temporary bans.
Violation Consequences: Bans resulting from violations of NYX Community rules or Terms & Conditions will not entitle the banned player to any form of compensation or refund.
Appeal Process: If you believe a ban was issued in error, you may appeal the decision through the Discord Support forum. However, a successful appeal does not guarantee a refund for any downtime or inconvenience caused during the ban period.
